During the scheduling process, you may find inactive or transferred out students within your list of students. This happens because the student either has an Next School Indicator (NSI) set for your site, has had course requests created or has Schedule this Student check marked. Please see the steps below to correct and remove these students.

• Make the inactive/transferred out student your selection.

• From the Preferences tab, make sure the NSI is set to Not Returning to VUSD and that Schedule this Student is NOT checked.

• From the Requests tab, if the student has any, delete any/all.
