This process enrolls students on a one-by-one basis, using the Enroll Student in a Class at Another School student screen.

1. Login to the PowerSchool /admin portal
2. Select the school where the student is enrolled.
3. Search for, and select the student.
4. On the Student Menu, click Courses and programs
5. Click Remote and Summer School Registration
6. Select the desired school from School Where Class is Held
7. Enter the Course number then select the section number the student should be enrolled in.
8. Enter an Enrollment Date
9. Click Submit

Notes

Only active sections at the remote school will be displayed when using this feature.

Students taking classes at a remote school will not appear in student searches at that school unless the *secondarystudents or *allstudents search commands are used. 

Students taking classes at a remote school will appear in Class Rosters at the remote school.
