After you have run your load and imported your schedules, you can access this report to review your sections and see the way they have been balanced.

• Open PowerScheduler
• Navigate to Tools and select Reports

• Under Post Build Reports, run Student Program Balancing

• Enter the date you wish to run the report for (usually the current date), select the Term and report output, then Submit

• The report is organized by grade level. Each grade level will have a break down by percentage in each section for the various programs PowerScheduler has used to balance classes. 
  • Some of the most common scheduling programs to look for are:
    • Scheduling Female
    • Scheduling Male
    • Scheduling Academic-1
    • Scheduling Academic-2
    • Scheduling Academic-3
    • Scheduling Academic-4
    • Scheduling Behavior 1
    • Scheduling Behavior 2
    • Scheduling Behavior 3
    • Scheduling Behavior 4
    • Scheduling EL-1
    • Scheduling Special Education
