If you need to see if a parent is receiving emails/calls to their email/phone number, follow the steps below:



Note: You don't have to select any other options on the "Contact History" page. Just scroll down and click on the "View Report".
The report has a lot of useful information, but the most important are below.
Broadcast Name: The name that was given to the specific message.
Submitted By: The user who sent the message. This may be someone at a site, or at a district level.
Destination: The address/phone number the message was sent to.
Date/Time: The date and time the message was sent.
Result: This can have various results, such as delivered/opened/blocked for email messages, or answered/voicemail/denied for phone messages.
