If you need to check if a phone number or email has been blocked in SchoolMessenger, follow the steps below:

Step 1: From the home page, click on "System"

Step 2: Click on "Blocked Lists"

Step 3: Click "Phone Calls / Text Messages"

This checks whether or not a phone number is blocked. Choose "Email Addresses" if it's an email address that isn't receiving communications.

Step 4: Enter the email you are checking into the "Blocked Emails" search box and click on "Search".

If it's blocked, it will show up and show why. (Typically, it's "Unsubscribed", but if someone adds a block manually using the section above, the reason will be displayed.)

Step 5: To remove a phone number or email from the blocked list, simply click on "Delete" on the right-hand side.
