There are many variations of possible reports based on your needs. Please use the below steps to get the basics, and filter as needed.
- From the PowerSchool Start page, please make sure you are either at the designed school site for which you need to view course information or that you are at the District Office to see all courses available for all sites. You can change your site view by clicking on the drop down in top right corner of the page.
- Keep in mind, not all users have access to the District Office or to multiple school sites.
From District Office:
- Select District Management > Course and Programs > Courses

- From the Courses screen, you can filter information as needed.
- School(s): You can hand select individual sites, or select all school sites
- Year: Use this filter to drill down the academic year you would like to see courses for.
- Status:
- Active: Courses active for the year specified
- Inactive: Courses not active for the year specified
- Unavailable: Courses unavailable to your site, but are available to the district

- Plus Symbol: Clicking on the + symbol located on the right side will allow you to search for a specific course using a variety of methods that you can choose from located in the drop down on the left.

From a School Site:
- Select School Management > Courses and Programs > Courses

- From the Courses screen, you can filter information as needed.
- Year: Use this filter to drill down the academic year you would like to see courses for.
- Status:
- Active: Courses active for the year specified
- Inactive: Courses not active for the year specified
- Unavailable: Courses unavailable to your site, but are available to the district

- Plus Symbol: Clicking on the + symbol located on the right side will allow you to search for a specific course using a variety of methods that you can choose from located in the drop down on the left.

- Once you have narrowed down your filters and have your desired results, you can print the list of courses by clicking on the Print button.
