There are three steps you will take to deliver Back-To-School registrations into PowerSchool:
To do this, make sure you are in the "Submission Workspace", and click on the pink arrow next to whatever view you are on and select "Pending Delivery".

2. After changing your view to "Pending Delivery", select the students you want to deliver using the "Check Boxes" on the left-hand side. Then, click on "Tasks" in the top-right and then "Deliver Data".


3. Then, click on "Create Delivery Batch", then "Close" to continue.

1. Confirm that the student names and student numbers line up, and also match up their associated contacts with contacts in the SIS.

2. Confirm that all contacts are either matched to an existing contact in the SIS, or "No Match" is clicked if no matching contact is found.
NOTE: Matching Contacts is NEW for 2025-2026. You must ensure that each contact in the Back-To-School Registration is either:
A) Matched to an existing contact in the system using the "Match" button.
or B) Verified that this is a "New" contact by using the "No Match" function (available after clicking the "Match" button.)

NOTE: "Potential" matches are denoted using the "Yellow Dot".
Clicking on "Match" will bring up a "Match" screen:

After verifying that all contacts are matched, click on "Deliver Record" to deliver this data into the SIS.
