In general terms, the processing can be broken down into three steps:
Log in at https://registration.powerschool.com/admin - use your @vusd.org email address and the password you set when invited to PowerSchool Enrollment. Use the I forgot my password link if you need to recover your password.
Click on the name of the form that you need to work on, pay close attention the academic year listed on far right.

Select the Submission Workspace tab and set the View to Pending Approval, if necessary.

Click on the Paper and Pencil icon on the right of submission record you would like to work on.


Old Value: Information previously in PowerSchool
New Value: New information submitted by parent that will be delivered into PowerSchool to replace the Old Value
Yellow Highlighted Information: Data that has been changed - please review ALL changed data
Green Highlighted Information: The students primary physical address is highlighted green as an indicator to pay close attention to this information. The address can be highlighted green and yellow, if there is a change to this information.
Once you have reviewed any changes, you can approve and continue on to the next record.
