Access keys for parents or other parties with legal rights to access the student data in the parent portal are below. Instructions for how the parent creates their account and links the student with these keys can be found here: https://www.vusd.org/families/powerschool-parent-portal

•  Find the student using the search tools.
• Go to Student Profile, then select Guardian and Student Account Access.

• The Access ID (usually the student number) and the Access Password are shown on this page.
• In the Parent Access Accounts section, you can also see what accounts have already been linked to the student.

• If you click on a parent's name in the Parent Access Accounts section, you can view account data, such as the username and email they've set, change their password, and see what students are linked to that account. You can even add (or remove) students to their accounts.
